Runners World 99% of 73 runners in 2011 say they would do the 10k again

I thoroughly enjoyed the race again- it was very well organized with lots of signs up and friendly marshals.
Julian (2010)

.....it was great fun and I will do it again
Eddie (2010)

I really enjoyed the race on Sunday, my first 10k – beautiful countryside, well organised and a great atmosphere. Thanks to all your marshals who did their best to encourage us on!
Claire (2010)

...my first run and I had a really good time. Organisation was great - thank you!
Madeleine (2010)

...well done and thank you to all involved for what appeared to be a very successful morning's racing!
Sharon (2010)

Thanks for a fantastic 10k. My Husband and I had a great time. The course was beautiful, and everything was so professionally organised.......see you next year....
Kelly (2010)

....thanks for the usual good race, ..5k measuring was a bit off,...1/4 mile too far. However.....pretty polished race, in an always good location... My clubmates from Marlow Striders always speak well of your race, and long may it continue.
Ian (2010)

...thank you for a wonderful event today. It was our first experience ...we throughly enjoyed it. The course was challenging but so picturesque...The race organisation was very efficiently executed and everyone was so friendly. We hope to be back for the race next year. Thank you for a great day.
Barry & Janice (2010)

Good fun, good course, friendly and welcoming. Fair mix of locals and club runners.
Gas.. (2010)

An interesting and varied course, some country lanes, some farm tracks, a couple of fields and some wooded single-track. Great countryside, with enough hills to break the pace, but nothing to seriously slow you down. Not PB potential, more of a fast, Sunday training run.
Peter (2010)

Nice tea & cakes at the finish and the chance to eat ice-cream for charity. If you get the chance after the race, look around the village; it really is a bit special. There's a great pub right at the far end, just right for post-race Sunday lunch.
Peter (2010)

Well, I did like it, as promised by the publicity. It's a challenge in that the ups and downs and tracks and paths mean that you cannot run your quickest but it's not that difficult a run....
Northernm (2010)

It seemed to be well-organised, and well attended by the locals as if the village regards it as a village event. The prizes were awarded by the local lord which gave it a little kudos. I will be back, but why is it on the same day as the Wargrave 10k, another secnic run and only about 12 miles away?
Northernm (2010)

Third year of doing this one, and great weather, scenery and organisation makes this one of the top 10k's for me. Thanks to everyone who helps to oragnise and marshall.
Martin (2010)

Post run ice cream via 606 SQN was very good, whole event well organised, I was slower than last year, but It's not a pb course for me. scenery is good. Like the Red Kites circling to spot lunch, as it runs below them....
wig (2010)

Don't expect a PB (although I got one, which isn't saying much!) as you get bottle necked on single tracks some of the way.
Richard (2010)

I found it quite difficult but there's some great scenery. It's not as difficult as it's neighbour - the Watlington 10K....
Richard (2010)

... good mix of racers and clubs and a child friendly place as there's a big grass common and a play area....
There's also a great home made cake and tea stall at the finish!
Richard (2010)

.....it's a beautiful setting. I'm a bit limited to getting time to do my races so try to do new ones, but I liked this one so came back and will do so again.
Richard (2010)

Excellent 10k in great surroundings, good mix of club runners and recreational runners, reasonably challenging no large hills but long steady climbs (especially the first one from around 1km to 2km) well organised with a good friendly atmosphere.
Stac (2010)

A very friendly, atmospheric 'villagey' type race - plenty of room before to stretch out. Not many toilets and a huuuuge queue beforehand but that's always the way isn't it?
D2D (2010)

First time at this event and really enjoyed it.
D2D (2010)

....nice home stretch on grass and plenty of water/medals to go round. ..has made me want to get more into multi-terrain running.
D2D (2010)

Route was great - challenging, two steepish hills (could have been worse but still enough to slow you down) and the rest through pretty woodlands. Two big fields stood out - one with lavendar, the other filled with poppies, really uplifting
D2D (2010)

Love this race! Road, woodland trail, fields, tracks. Great scenery. Cakes and teas ..... Plenty of water stations too.
RLTW (2010)

....Thank you for your lovely run which I have done once and really enjoyed---hope to do it again.
;Ann (2010)

Absolutely fabulous race! I enter many and this has to be one of my all time favourites.
; Anon (2009)

I'll definitely be back next year. Please pass on my congratulations to all those involved in the organising.
Anon (2009)

I really enjoyed the run, thought the course was very picturesque
Anon (2009)

Route and marshalls great, and lovely touches such as reminding us to look up and enjoy the view from time to time
Anon (2009)

...the second 10km race I’ve run and I loved it
Anon (2009)

Congratulations are in order - some very favourable reviews on the Runners World website and I suspect a lot of people will be back next year - I certainly plan to be
Anon (2009)

First class event, great course and a great atmosphere
Anon (2009)

I have even been back to visit the area on foot, beautiful
Anon (2009)

Great race. The course is perfect, a real treat
Anon (2009)

Very good experience for a first-time runner and I hope to improve for next year!
Anon (2009)

Really enjoyed the run and a good, relaxed, family atmosphere... I'll be running next year
Anon (2009)

It was so peaceful and tranquil and fantastic to be running along trails rather than roads. All of your marshals were well placed and friendly.
Anon (2009)

Great atmosphere, great location, great course!
Anon (2009)

Many thanks to you and your team for a well organised race in rolling green countryside with superb views. Same again next year please!
